Falling into Maternity

I just can’t take it anymore, There’s something extraordinary About a momma to be. And they deserve to be celebrated, seriously.

Everytime I see that big beautiful belly I get all the oozy feels knowing there’s a sweet little life growing inside. When I started photography I didn’t think maternity would be my thing, I never imagined I felt like I could make a momma to be feel utterly beautiful and stunning in the essence she so deserves. Then I had my first maternity session.

My first maternity session was a close friend who asked me to take her pictures since she was on a budget. And from then on I was absolutely hooked! Looking back I’m still pretty proud of her gallery considering I had only practiced photography maybe a year before doing her photos!

She is so pretty in that yellow dress! I was so in love. Now (A few years later) I do maternity very regularly! About 4-5 a month and I’m obsessed with buying dresses for new shoots and finding creative and new ways to pose these beautiful women. Sometimes I think I’m slowly becoming a known maternity photographer in our area and I defiantly couldn’t complain. The love I have for these beautiful moms is endless. There’s just something magical about capturing a life still inside the womb.
